I really like the professionalism I've encountered both when calling to make an appointment and with the young men who did the job. I was able to book an appointment within one week and the job took less than two hours. The work was even better the second time; most of the stains were removed and the carpets looked spectacular. There were some stubborn coffee and cranberry stains they were unable to remove the first time but were removed on the second time around. One stubborn stain (cat vomit) was better but not completely removed but it is under the dining room table and is insignificant compared to everything they accomplished. My condo looks great and I am delighted!

Fast, efficient service. Our guy, Mike, was very good, nice, and seemed to really care about getting our carpets cleaned. He did a beautiful job, and so far, none of the old stains he took up have reappeared. Very happy with the service.

Very good. I love the fact that it is just water that you clean with, since I am allergic to detergent! There are still 2 stubborn spots that I will try to get out myself with the Zerorez spot cleaner.

Punctuality, and quality of service

I've lived in my present apartment for about 1.5 years. When I first moved in, the carpet appeared clean enough. Within a couple of months, the carpets showed deep stains, and the stains surfaced more and more as time elapsed, until finally, when my landlords came to dinner, they commented. They said they would pay for the carpet cleaning, and gave me the name of the guy who cleaned the carpets when I moved in. I told them my problem above, and that I believed it was due to residue left in the fibers. I told them I learned about you on the radio (KGO), and I was going to give it a try. My floors are gorgeous! The carpet looks new, with not even a hint of residue. I'm thrilled with your service. Also, your guy was wonderful. I have a cat who is deathly afraid of strangers. Your service man waited until I secured Mickster-the-cat in my car (where I also waited until he was complete -- less than an hour later), and was cautious each time he approached the car to chat. Very courteous and understanding. Thanks.

The team that cleaned by office carpet and area rugs were courteous, efficient and professional. I was really surprised how clean they did get a very dirty office carpet.
