On time, did a great job, friendly workers, gave detailed info. on what was going to be done, gave us a quote over the phone that was accurate and didn't change when reps. arrived and measured exact square footage. Would highly recommend to others as the price quoted was the actual price which was very competitive with other quoted prices.

Having used your services a number of times before, I was annoyed when the technician was going to add $25 to the bill because of a second floor charge. I have never been charged this before and access to my apartments is easier than most homes. The apartments are close to the street and only up about half a floor.

The results were more than we could have expected. Our carpet was very soiled and worn and we thought we needed to replace it. Now, replacement isn't necessary. In the past we have rented machines and then finally purchased a carpet cleaner but our results were no where near the results with Zerorez. Very surprising and just in time for our holiday guests. The very nice young man didn't say anything about the stains, he just went to work and they came out soft and look and smell like new. I like the zerorez method of not using any soap or detergent to clean my carpets. I am thrilled with how clean my carpets are especially after this last appointment. Mike was our technician and he did a phnenominal job. I told him that not only did I need to have clean carpets, but I also really needed my carpets to be dry by the next day and he said, No Problem! Mike was very efficient as he moved about my home and the results are amazing. Thank you Mike! Job well done!

I feel that the cleaning was a little better than others. I liked the technicians very much. They were pleasant, professional and knowledgable. Very kind to the dog! The special price was very good. I would love to get my floor tile cleaned but the price seems prohibative. Maybe a special in the future? I suggest advertizing at the Villages. It is a gold mine for good service. Thank you!

That they don't use chemicals.
I did not like the extra treatment that was recommended by the carpet cleaners. I was told that the smell would dissipate in 30 minutes. It took overnight, and I got sick from the fumes. I am sensitive to this kind of thing, and was told that this treatment for protection from stains, was green. I would like to know what was in that stuff.
The carpet looked and smelled terrific when they were done with the cleaning. I would never use the extra spray stuff again, but I will definitely use your cleaning service again.

He really got the rugs clean - which I thought were a lost cause. They dried quickly and still look great.

Every attempt was made to answer all of our carpet cleaning needs and questions.

I appreciate that you stayed in the time frame window even when the first person could not make it. The person who came was friendly, polite and worked hard! He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in our house. (I have not felt this way with other companies!)
I did not like spending $45 per room extra for pre treating for pet stains. It is hard to know if it was necessary or not. I also did not like the smell. It took days for that smell to go away!
All in all it came out well. Some stains that I thought would not come out did, others that I thought would come right out did not...
