Our service tech was early...I appreciated that! He was courteous and professional. When the price he gave me did not match with the quote I received on the phone, there was no haggling. He honored the quote with out an argument or debate. Our carpets came out CLEANER than I expected, especially in the high traffic area. I will only use Zerorez and will highly recommend it to anyone!

Worker was pleasant & seemed to really know his business. Even tho he tried to sell us several other options, he was not pushy, just informative.

Professional attitude and clean rugs.

Your technician arrived on time. Tony was professional and friendly. He offered to clean our drapes also, he gave us a fair price. So we agreed, but when he started the plastic connectors were breaking. Tony stopped and advised us that it would be better if we took them down and took them to a cleaning facility especially for drapes (they were 35 years old!)With people scrambling to "make a buck", that kind of honesty is very rare to find these days, and much appreciated. The subject house is actually my mothers home, she is 88 years young and has had respritory problems while sleeping. Her doctor had suggested that we have her bedroom be made as dust-free as possible. I choose your company because I had used ZEROREZ in my own home and the fact that no chemicals are used. I am very satisfied and would recommend your company to anyone.

professional service person (Larry) was clean - did a great job!!!!

my only criticism would be the estimated drying time that the person with whom i made an appt. gave me - said it would be 2-3 hours
but as Larry advised, it took about 24 hours for the rug and upholstery to dry completely
