Carpet cleaner arrived on time and did a great job.
Carpets don't get as dirty after cleaning as they did with conventional cleaning. Using the zerorex clean up kit, spots are easily removed between cleanings.

The service person was prompt, thorough and polite. Very little intrusion. Even had time to clean couches which hadn't been done in years. The carpet is old, but after cleaning it looks great. Smudges and "trails" were removed. The couches look wonderful. This is my second time using Zeroez, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for doing a super job.

Having used your services a number of times before, I was annoyed when the technician was going to add $25 to the bill because of a second floor charge. I have never been charged this before and access to my apartments is easier than most homes. The apartments are close to the street and only up about half a floor.
The results were more than we could have expected. Our carpet was very soiled and worn and we thought we needed to replace it. Now, replacement isn't necessary. In the past we have rented machines and then finally purchased a carpet cleaner but our results were no where near the results with Zerorez. Very surprising and just in time for our holiday guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Good quality work at a reasonable price. There was almost an issue on pricing between what I had discussed on the phone and what the technician understood should have been the price. It turned out to be a mistake on the part of the person that discussed the pricing with me and Zerorez stood behind the price we had agreed on--losing some money for Zerorez. This was, in my opinion, the correct way to handle the situation. Can't change what was agreed upon at the time of service, but learn from the mistake going forward.
