Every attempt was made to answer all of our carpet cleaning needs and questions.
I appreciate that you stayed in the time frame window even when the first person could not make it. The person who came was friendly, polite and worked hard! He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in our house. (I have not felt this way with other companies!)
I did not like spending $45 per room extra for pre treating for pet stains. It is hard to know if it was necessary or not. I also did not like the smell. It took days for that smell to go away!
All in all it came out well. Some stains that I thought would not come out did, others that I thought would come right out did not...

The service I received was excellent. The person arrive exactly on time, began cleaning immediately, and was finished in about 45 minutes. He was very professions. (the carpet area was small). The products seemed to work very well. I hadn't cleaned my carpet in 5 years (I'm ashamed to admit). The product(s) used left no residue. Any odors from the products were gone later the same day. None of the products had an offensivve odor. I will definitely recommend zerorez to others. I will also call zerorez for my next carpet cleaning. A very satisfied customer.

Your cleaning process leaves my carpets cleaner, longer. Your technician was very conscientious in doing a good job. Showing up two hours late for the appointment time wasn't so great, though.
Great people. The 20 year old carpets look new. The one toilet room had a problem that you did not create, but which became apparent as a result of the cleaning. You were very helpful with solution options. In the end we decided on a permanent solution - taking the carpet up and replacing it with hardwook flooring.

The Technician, Mike, was very courteous. When he arrived he introduced himself and explained the process. He listed to my description of the dirt on the carpet and answered my questions. When he completed the cleaning, I was amazed the area carpet looked so clean. Even my husband was amazed at how clean the carpet is! We will definitely recommend Zerorez.
