First of all my capeting looks like it is brand new after Zerorez has cleaned it. It has a fresh, clean smell to it. The best thing is that the carpeting drys faster than any other cleaning services I have used. That is why I have called Zerorez for the past five years.

Careful, competent cleaners. They were careful with my home, cleaned well and thoroughly and were well-groomed and knoweldgeable technicians. They worked quickly, but didn't rush through each room or piece of upholstered furniture.

Prompt, there on time, and do an excellant job. One suggestion,though, the person answering the phone and giving you the estimate must do a better job. My cost went from $ 291.00 to over $600.00. Quite a shock.

Good quality work at a reasonable price. There was almost an issue on pricing between what I had discussed on the phone and what the technician understood should have been the price. It turned out to be a mistake on the part of the person that discussed the pricing with me and Zerorez stood behind the price we had agreed on--losing some money for Zerorez. This was, in my opinion, the correct way to handle the situation. Can't change what was agreed upon at the time of service, but learn from the mistake going forward.

I like the fact that you do not use soap, thereby leaving no residue. I was disappointed that you were unable to remove a red wine stain on the arm of my white loveseat at the last cleaning.

Your products do the job (they clean, they really clean) with no residue. I have used your company before and I would not hesitate to recommend you.

We've tried other carpet cleaners... "brand name" and "premium" companies... but spots came back snd the carpets did not feel clean and fluffy. Zero Rez gets our carpets really clean and they stay clean longer.
