Your employee - a nice young man, was timely and professional. I was happy with his work, our carpet looks nice! The only reason I didn't give your company a 10 was because I was calling your company to take advantage of the $119 offer that I heard on KSFO. I scheduled the appointment online and was quoted $119 online. A few days later a lady from your office left me a voice mail saying there was an environmental and travel surcharge - which bumped the price up another $23. I didn't think that was fair. Either the price is $119 or it's $142. I don't like surprise charges and I don't think it's a good way to do business. I understand gas and regulatory fees are expensive (this is what liberal CA's want unfortunatley). Be honest about the cost up front. For those of us who buy based on quality - price is not such a big deal. But honesty is a big deal and these additional costs should have been indicataed on your website before I made the appointment.

I have hired several carpet cleaning companies over the years and none of them compare to the quality of service you provide. My carpets are over 7 years old and they actually look like new.

Both Zerorez resources were knowledgeable and professional about the product and process and answered all my questions satisfactorily. They also were able to sell me some Zerorez products that I will be trying out...hopefully, to my satisfaction.

They did a great job on my carpets. They were nearly dry when they finished and soft to the touch. In the past I've been left with soggy stiff carpet. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and coworkers

Your product is exactly as advertised: highly effective, without unwelcome residue or lingering dampness. Your representatives were highly professional, flexible and amicable. My one complaint is that on both occasions of my using your services, they arrived more than an hour beyond the designated 2-hour window, which in my case caused a critical delay. If you can find ways to avoid this in the future or in some way compensate the customer for a late arrival, you would undoubtedly rise to the top of your profession.
