We appreciate the use of chemical -free cleaners that are not only safe for humans and pets, but presumably earth friendly as well. The men who came to clean were friendly, courteous and did a complete job. Very satisfied.

A fair price and very good quality (excellent value). But, more inportantly Mike Willimas and his associate Robert were very professional. Mr. Williams condiucted himself as a seasoned pro and both men have pleasant personalities.

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with our carpets. Clean carpets give the house a whole new look. I originally purchased the 3-room special for $129 and by the time it was all said and done I ended up paying $242 because I needed the pre-treatment for pet odors which was an additional $90 for 2 rooms. All in all it was definitely worth it! My house smells so much better and again, the carpets look amazing. I will be calling again in a couple of weeks to get my couch and 2 other rooms done and I've already mentioned your name to a couple of people who are thinking about getting their carpets cleaned as well. You guys were fast and did I mention they were able to get to my house earlier than anticipted. They were awesome!!

Over all it did a great job cleaning my carpets and it didn't take long. But I do have a large spot on my carpet that wasn't there before the cleaning.

The cleaning was excellent, the tech was prompt, courteous, professional. He came back to do a spot. The only thing I did not like was the up selling of the protectent that was double the cost of our cleaning and the quote on the radio not including the fuel and disposal charge. That felt sneaky to me. The quote on the radio for 3 rooms should be the amount of the check you write IMHO. That is the marketing end, the service end is flawless, Frank is a great ambassador for your company, he did a great job and when someone is in your home, it is important that they are friendly and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend the service. We are happy with the service and the way our carpets look and feel!

There is no chemicals which I really like unless stains cannot be removed.
