I am a first time user of Zerorez, reccommended by a friend, but OH, oh, oh...where do I start?

FIRST: Tony & Brandon (can't remember 2nd guy's exact name). Both guys were professional and knowledgable. Tony was the lead man (he could be a foreman or something - maybe he is already), but he is extremely professional; explains process and is thotough, fast, polite & confident! I hope when I need to use Zerorez again, Tony is still with you (and has a big fat promotion!).
SECOND: The "zero residue" factor is *priceless*
THIRD: I love how FAST the whole process was
FOURTH: The same-day service I received was above & beyond (albeit there was a cancellation for that day, but the crew found a way to squeeze in my home - now that's teamwork!).
FINALLY: THANK YOU ZEROREZ! We will be seeing eachother again!!

Zerorez does an excellent job cleaning my carpets every time they come out tomy home. The carpets dry within hours, so I am able to replace the furniture late that same evening. The carpets look great, with difficult stains cleaned far better than I could expect.
The men who come out are very efficient, work quickly and are very respectful ofmeand my home.

The guys were very thorough and did a great job. They were very knowledgeable about the rug fabric.

The no soap is good, but I not should about how well it came out. Got to see if the dirt come back just as fast as the company that used soap. The chairs could have came out a little bit better.

The technicians were very professional and very helpful in moving light furniture.
My carpets look amazingly clean. There are some stains
that didn't come off, which they told me before hand might not come off.
But most of the stains came off. It definitely helped with my allergies.
I was worried that my toddler may inhale chemicals as with other story
Cleaners. Since zerorez leaves no residue, my toddler just climbed the stairs
right away. I have to let it air out for a few hours.
I'm very happy with the service an how they walked me through the process and
the additional charges. I will definitely use them again.

The service that my famIly and I received at the time of our cleaning was exceptional. The service technicians that performed the work were on time, courteous, and very professional in their duties. They took the extra time to install corner guards when running their hose lines and ensuring the best possible treatment for stain removal. Being a service professional keeps me grounded and aware of the another's commitment to being professional as well.
