Very professional and courteous. Arrived within 20 minutes of the specified time frame, which i greatly appreciated since I was able to start on weekend errands earlier than I expected. Completed job within specified time frame, too. Very much appreciate ability to use credit card for payment & receipt via email.

No soap or chemicals used. Fast drying time, I like the 2 hr window arrival time. I like that the technician will call approx 30 mins before
arriving. I like the corner protectors that you used. Troy Karren was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions that we had. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and protection the corners and floors from the equipment. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with cleaning. Would highly recommend Zerorez to our friends.

From the moment that zerorez arrived the representative was pleasant, courteous and very effecient. He was very thorough and even gave us great suggestions on the does and don'ts of carpet care. When he was finished the carpets looked great and had a pleasant clean smell.

That the products do not leave resido in the carpet. I liked that the service was great and the carpet was cleaned in a timely manner. I liked the fact that a stain in my daughter's carpet was not supposed to come out, but it did. The carpets looked marvelous. Thank you.

The team was neat, polite, friendly and knowledgable. They did a great job. I was ready to have my dining chairs seat pads recovered because no carpet cleaning company wanted to clean them because of the surrounding wood. Your Zerorez team assured me that it would be no problem and it wasn't. They are beautiful and look like new! I tell everyone one that I will not have anything but Zerorez clean my carpet again.
