I was called before they arrived, the two guys were neat, nice, friendly, courteous and efficient. They did great work and worked fast. My carpets looked fabulous when they were done. They "sold" me on the protectant so they did a good job for you. I thought they were great professionals and would absolutely have them come back to clean my carpets again. It was Manny and Halcion? I'm not sure of his spelling.
