My technician Brandon was a true professional. He called 30min before expected arrival and was earlier than I expected. He had all the right protective equipment to use during and after the service. I have used other services and they did not leave the carpets as clean and he had an excellent attention to detail. We also had our grout cleaned and sealed and it hasn't looked this good since we installed it. Thank you zerorez for a job well done and I will certainly use you again.

I liked that Tony did not leave the carpet wet. He
sucked up the residual water so that I did not have the wicking problem that I have had with other cleaners. Also I am very allergic to cleaners and I had no reaction to the cleaning.
Your rep was polite, efficient, and (most important) the carpet was clean and mostly dry when he left. (I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet once, and the carpet was sopping wet for days after they left).
