Contact is made if service person will be late...there is constant contact with service person on day of appointment regarding timing which is really great. The end product is always amazing. I have white carpet and it just looks fantastic after cleaning.
They were fast and did a good job. The lead on the job seemed to know what he was talking about, was very careful about cleanliness and very respectful of our home.
It was about $350 and he got it done so fast I almost was upset that I was paying so much for something that didn’t take long, then I remembered getting it done quickly is a good thing :) I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I have employed the carpet cleaning techs. They are capable and knowledgeable and use a lot of elbow grease. My carpeting is old, and it needs more cleaning treatment than newer carpets.
Is there a way to remove the metal marks at the bottom of my porcelain toilets that were left by the carpet cleaning nozzle? Unfortunately I have two carpeted bathrooms.
