I liked that Tony did not leave the carpet wet. He
sucked up the residual water so that I did not have the wicking problem that I have had with other cleaners. Also I am very allergic to cleaners and I had no reaction to the cleaning.
Your rep was polite, efficient, and (most important) the carpet was clean and mostly dry when he left. (I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet once, and the carpet was sopping wet for days after they left).

great job, used you before. Polite, friendly,obviously knows job and has needed skill. I am partly disabled and he kindly helped me move two things that were too much for me, and I was grateful. He actually removed stains that I didn't really think would come out.
