It is too early to comment about your product, the test of time will determine my response. However, it looks great at this time. I like the fact that there is no residue left behind in our carpets. That is a definite plus. Your service techincian was great, a real asset to your organization. I would like to suggest that your scheduling be improved. The techician had us added to his already full schedule, at the last minute due to the unavailability of the technician who was originally scheduled. Your technician showed up at 6:00 pm, was very cheerful and willing. However, I felt bad that he was spending his family dinner hour working on our carpet. When he finished up, it was a few minutes before 8 pm. He took his time to do a good job for us even though it was very late. I certainly hope you compensated him well for this. He was great! Everything was explained to us, and I really appreciate the fact that he took his time to do a thorough job in spite of the late hour and a very long work day for him. He was very friendly and represented your organization in a very professional and positive manner.

The man who cleaned our wall to wall carpeting, chair and sofa worked very hard and diligently to bring them very clean. The furniture and carpet suffered many years of wear, spills and soiling. He made them look almost new again.

Alex did a great job of cleaning the carpets.Three of our bedrooms had pretty bad traffic area. The rooms were cleaned very well.

The job is done professionally. We have had great success with the carpet. We had it done in Sept. 2012 and again in Sept. 2013.
Since you do not use chemicals, we found that the carpet stayed so much cleaner than it had in the past when we used services that did use chemical to clean.

Arrive on time. Do an excellent job on cleaning. We had a really terrible blood stain and the man who came did an excellent job. I have used your services several times and will continue to call again sometime after the first of the year.

I like that you don't use chemicals that would leave residue in my carpet. Manny did a great job getting my dirty hall carpet nice & clean. He listened to my concerns, treated the specific areas and my carpet looks like new! He also cleaned my kitchen tile floor and my grout hasn't been this light since it was installed 12 years ago!
