My rental unit's carpet was actually very clean so I can't comment on the quality of your service...the carpet looked just as good, before, as it did, after. I simply had it cleaned for hygienic reasons for our incoming tenants.

This was the first time we had your company do our carpets and it seems to be a good job. The two people that were here were very professional and worked very hard. They were very courteous and answered our questions whenever we had them. I like the fact that you don't use chemicals and it is better for the environment and does clean well. I like that no chemicals are involved, the technology gets things clean and sanitized, no residue is left to attract dirt and most of all Alex, who was here for the second time, is thorough at what he does, is careful in all he does and does an excellent job, not to mention being very pleasant to work with with!

personnel on the phone were very nice, answered all questions. Personnel who came to the house were polite, arrived on time, explained things well. They also called twice before arrival, which was appreciated. My carpet before they got here was embarrassing- now it looks almost new - what a difference. since parts of it are still not dry after 48 hrs, it's wonderful to know that it's safe for our pet's feet.

the gentleman showed up on time, told me what he would be doing after I showed him the three rooms to be cleaned. When he was finished he called me into the rooms to show me the results. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend your business when asked about referring a carpet cleaner to a friend.
