I do have a complaint having to do with prices. I have been a customer for some time. My last 4 bills for the same job have been $225, $188, $193, & $213. On one of these jobs there was an advertised price the next day for $40 less. I also regularly get told that this or that should be extra but we'll overlook it this time. I would very much like to establish a fair price for my job and not have to worry about timing my requests to your sales.

The unique quality of zerorez carpet cleaning is that spots do not come back. I've never had that experience with any other carpet cleaning company. Also, your customer service is exemplary. (Except for one lousy technician that caused a return trip by one of your usual star technicians.)

The associates that performed the service were very informed, professional, and courteous. Stains appeared quite quickly after a previous "conventional" carpet cleaning. I called to express my dissatisfaction with my area carpet cleaning job. On a follow-up visit my problematic carpet was deep cleaned by Jason Penrod. I was very impressed with the follow up cleaning work performed by Jason. He promised to return for a follow up cleaning if we weren't completely satisfied with the results. The carpet is being dried outside on our fence. The strong pet odor that was present after the first cleaning now mostly reduced. We'll wait a few more days to decide whether to seek an additional cleaning.
