I bought this 9x12 ft. 100% wool carpet at an estate sale. It was dingy and I was afraid to get it cleaned since it was wool. Then one of my dogs managed to urinate on it several times. It had an odor. I loved the pattern and hated to get rid of it. After investigating different cleaning processes by carpet cleaning companies, I was very impressed with Zerorez's process. The two men who picked up and delivered my carpet were so mannerly and excited about the company. When it was delivered I couldn't believe how vibrant and clean it looked. I actually got down on my knees and sniffed...no pet odors! Just pure clean!! I am so thrilled with the outcome! The delivery men placed the carpet exactly to the inch if where I wanted it. I would use Zerorez again and have already highly recommended Zerorez to my family and friends!

Quick and looks great

Got my carpets clean! Technician a kind man. Pricing is higher than what I am used to, but there was some flexibility once the service person arrived, which I appreciated. I chose this company over others because I didn't want the residue.

Amazing Service!
I scheduled my appt online, making an error in my phone # and address. Amazingly Jonathan was able to locate my home, & waited a few min for me as he tried to call the wrong # I gave him :(... I felt terrible, but any other company would not have put forth the effort to reach a customer like that. Not only did he do that , but he was so polite and did a wonderful job bringing some life back our really old carpet. Will most certainly use them again.

This is the first time we used Zerorez to clean some rooms. We have 3 cats and 1 small dog who has
sometimes accidents. Everything came out without any kind of stains left. Yesterday I ordered 1 gallon of Zereorez which I will use for spot cleaning it works wonders.
The lady who did the cleaning was very pleasant did a fantastic and has extreme good knowledge.
Yes we will use Zerorez again.

While the interaction with the telemarketing rep got off to a bad start (argued about price after my wife had already been given a quote, copied down the wrong email address so I never got an email about the scheduled appointment), the actual engagement with your service guy, Chris was great! He had a great sense of humor, very upfront and managed our expectations perfectly. He got out the stains he could (about 98% of them) and pointed out the ones that were here to stay. Definitely would recommend your service.

Workers were nice. House is old and I have had a lot of red dirt tracked in from dogs over the years. It helped having the vents cleaned. I was surprised the vent covers were not removed during the process but cleaning the ducts has helped but I'll probably always have to fight the dust. Your guys were great.

Reliability and good service

The gentlemen who came to pick up our rug were courteous and were here when they said they would be. The rug was in bad shape and was heading for the trash pile. My husband suggested we try Zerorez to see if it could be cleaned. Jason came out to pick it up and thought it could salvaged. Not only did it come back clean but with a new backing on it! After the holidays we are going to send them more rugs. We highly recommend this company for your rugs.

I liked that from the time I scheduled my appointment, I was kept up to date as to when they would come. I scheduled my appointment on line.I was called by someone and was told they were running early, and that was great. I was also very impressed with how professional my service techs were. They were so friendly and they let me know exactly what would happen in each room they were working in. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I was very pleased to have them in my home. They were so friendly, I almost invited them to stay for dinner. I will use them again, and have already recommended them to friends and family. My carpets look great! Thank you for doing such a nice job.
