Exceeded Expectations! A great experience. The technician, Chris, came on time, (actually early), was professional and very thorough. I was extremely surprised that zerorez could make my 15 year old badly stained carpet look as good as they did! They even did wonders in cleaning the stains on the carpet on the stairs. Although I had washed the slipcovers on my sofa, chair and ottoman many times, my work was no match for that of zerorez in how clean and bright they were able to make this furniture look! I felt like the prices were worth the quality of service provided. This is probably more than I have paid for other carpet and upholstery cleaning in the past, but I have not gotten results like this before. I am willing to pay more for the better quality of service that Zerorez provides. Although I have used other carpet cleaning companies over the years, I can't imagine using any other company besides Zerorez from now on! D.Dunbar
