Carpet and air duct cleaning and your people are properly trained.
The amount quoted was what we were charged. The tech (& the office) called to tell us when he would arrive and he did. The tech then reviewed everything, answered our questions, helped move a rug, and gave us full explanations. He was professional, methodical, & pleasant. We have just moved into our house which was empty for more than a year and wished we could've had the carpet cleaned beforehand. Now its beautiful! All the old stains and spots are gone, it feels nice under foot and will make living with it for another year or so much easier.
