I am sorry that this review is so late because I did want to comment on the terrific jog that Jessica Cruz did for us. First of all, the carpets look and FEEL great. I wanted to commend Jessica not only on doing a great job, but on working around the situation in our home. My mom, who is 85, is staying with us, and her room was one of the rooms to be cleaned. Jessica graciously worked with my Mom's morning schedule in order to accommodate my mother's difficulties in the morning. Thank you so much to Jessica and Zerorez. We will be using you again in the spring for air duct cleaning.

Fast, friendly, efficient service technician. James Amerson arrived on time and worked diligently the whole time he was here. He obviously has done this many times before as he knew exactly which tasks to perform first to complete the job in the most efficient manner. As to product - when he was done it looked we had installed new carpeting!! While we didn't move furniture back until the next day, carpet seemed usable within hours.

No Residue. I've had the basement stairs cleaned by other cleaning companies and compared = ZRes has made my stairs the cleanest I've seen The technician was professional courteous and explained everything he was doing. I had a 13' sectional - 4 carpeted rooms and 13 stairs cleaned. I was very impressed on the overall experience. Great Job!
