This is my 2nd time with having Zerorez clean my carpets and they did an excellent job. I was referred to you last year by Charlene Gennusa and had my carpets cleaned in November 2013. I referred you to Tracey Coffey. This goes on and on. We all work with AT&T and we will continue to spread the word. The technician was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what he was doing and was so careful not to track anything into our house. He did an AMAZING job and we will continue to refer Zerorez to coworkers and friends.

A rep from the company called to ask if it would be alright for the cleaner to come a bit earlier than expected. What a change since normally I have to wait around all day for a company to show up. When the technician came in, he smiled, introduced himself,put on booties, and documented all the stains. He was hard at work for 1 1/2 hours.When the job was completed, I was asked to walk around to make sure I was satisfied.I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.
