Fast, clean looking results.

Always on time. The worker was polite and fast and my carpets look great. Took a little longer to dry this time but it was a rainy day and that's kinda how that goes...

Professional employees & quality service

My carpet looks phenomenal and I can no longer see pet stains. Your guys, Ryan and James, were very courteous and efficient. Ryan also advised me of other services you offer that I had no idea you do. I basically thought of Zerorez as carpet cleaner.

I was very impressed with the service technician sent to my home. He could answer every question I had with confidence. The sole purpose for Zerorez was to clean our carpets. Which has been done to perfection. Before the tech started, he showed me parts of our carpet that would be a problem cleaning. He was so polite and delicate, trying not to offend me. Our carpet is 20 years old, I assured him, I understood he could do nothing about fading carpet or the other imperfections already in place.

I would and have already recommended Zerorez to my friends. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets again :)

Excellent product and I like that I can walk around on it pretty quickly afterwards. My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Outstanding, had the tile flooring washed with empowered water which I hadn't thought about doing and it turned out so much brighter. Thanks to Damien. I think he did a superb job on the stairs which are hard. Thanks Damien and Zerorez

quality

This was the first time that I have used Zerorez. My mother has used you before. I had to work but my mother was there to let them in. I was so surprised when I got home and saw my carpets. They looked GREAT! I had some pet stains in my living room. They were up front with my mother about not completely coming out. She said the guy that came out was real nice and friendly. I will recommend you to anyone I hear that needs their carpets clean and I will be calling you back.. THANK YOU!!!

Very clean operation

They work, dries quickly

Everything went smoothly, the techs arrived on time and went right to work after explaining the procedure to us and answering any questions. They were very thorough, even retrieved a piece of wallboard from one of the ducts. My husband was fascinated with the workings of the Duct Truck and even got a "tour", a guy thing.

Professional, courteous and very helpful technician today! You always do great work on our carpets in a house of 8 cats and 3 dogs; the carpets look, feel and smell so much better after you are done! Thank you for continued excellent service. Dr. Name removed

I like that the products won't leave dangerous chemicals in our house for our todder and cats to breathe as they play on the carpet. Also, everyone we have talked to or have come to the house have been very professional.
