Love the clean feel of the carpet. It's never crusty and hard. Always soft.

Your representative was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and took great care to tell us about your products, service and the work about to be performed. He confirmed the cost up front, it was as advertised and not a penny more. He was very cautious in that he put guards along our walls to protect the paint from the hoses and was most efficient in completing the job. He asked us several times if we had any questions and if we were content with how the carpets looked. He instructed us how to expedite the drying process. He was most friendly, but professional. And,as he used his phone he explained he was making notes. This was truly refreshing - had I not known I'd of thought he was "texting" while working! He talked us through a product that would help the more walked on areas and we happily accepted that product. The following day, the carpets were dry, looked great and just as important they felt soft. I'll use Zerorez again and would welcome back our same technician.
