The products seem to really seem to work. Your service person Damion explained what he was going to do and what might not happen. His mannerism was superb! I would suggest that you tell customers that drying time can range from 6 to 8 hours. You also need incentives for us who may recommend others to you..
The two ladies were here on time and promptly began working as soon as they got here. They were very courteous and kind and did a wonderful job on my carpet.
