The rep was excellent! He was courteous, professional, and very respectful. He did a great job. I really wanted to give him a tip, but he said he was not allowed to take it. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment and the follow-up and reminders were very helpful. When the service person wrapped other jobs earlier than planned, they asked if I would like for him to come early - a great option and it fit even better with my schedule. Trevor, the service person assigned to my house offered to explain anything and everything he was doing before he ever started. He reviewed the spaces to be cleaned, then he got in and got the job completed in a very reasonable amount of time, leaving my rugs looking great! He was professional and pleasant - I would definitely use Zerorez again and I would ask for Trevor without a hesitation!

The people that came to my home were very professional. They worked for over an hour cleaning my sofa. Now I know why sofa cleaning is expensive. It looks like new. They then went to do the bedrooms and stairs. The reason I chose Zerorez is because I wanted a really deep clean. I actually hate carpet and think it is very unsanitary. I have hardwood downstairs and will eventually have it installed upstairs. In the meantime, i'm happy to have Zerorez to make me feel like it is as clean s it can get. I have already recommended it to several of my neighbors who saw the van and asked my opinion. One of them has called for an estimate.
