Mike Murray was GREAT!!! He took the time to explain each and every thing he was doing, he answered all my questions, and he did an EXCELLENT job with my carpet. I would recommend him again "hands-down". The products were good too. I like the fact that no soap was used, thus no soap residue is left once the carpet dries. :-)
