The technicians that came in were great. They were nice, courteous and even entertaining. 😁 They did a great job and got most stains out. I love how there was no chemical smell and was dry by the time my kids came home. I do think it's a bit pricey but I do value ay least feeling like it's less toxic for my family.

The results. I had Carlton dry clean my white linen upholstered sofas and he worked hard on removing dirt and stains. They look great!
Carpets are softer and do not have a chemical smell.
There were no strong chemical smells and the technician was very professional. My only negative issue was the cost for disinfecting spot areas. $40 seemed exorbitant. I had 3 areas but couldn't afford the additional $120.

He was very personable, professional, patient, and informative. And on top of that, he did incredible work with the carpets!
