I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave any kind of film on the carpet. The carpet always smells fresh after it is cleaned. We had the tile in the bathrooms cleaned this time, and the tile looked great.

Zerorez was great! We have needed duct cleaning for a long time and had called many places to compare prices. A friend had recommended zerorez and everything about the process was easy and helpful. The website was easy to manage, an appointment was easy to make and the quote was right there, quick and accessible! I got a call about 45 mins before the guys showed up, they were on time, kind and professional! We saw video of the ducts, they talked to us about problems and concerns we had and were knowledgable and eager to help. The before and after pics were great to see and I was impressed with how careful and thorough they were. It was not a cheap service but I think comparable to other companies and definitely done well and right. My only reason for 9 stars as opposed to 10 is that there were additional fees for fan cleaning and another cleaning, which needed to be done. I couldn't quite figure out why this wasn't just included in the overall price since we were paying for the two units and all associated vents and intakes but overall I was impressed with the service, the results and the ease of booking. I would definitely recommend!

The associate who came to do my carpets, Francis, was very professional and extremely polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience because of her and I would highly recommend Xerorez just because of Francis!!! She deserves a bonus, she represents your company VERY well!

Our Service Technician Mr.David was super and was very professional and informative about the company and what’s the process would be. We decided to do some additional services that he helped us realize would be beneficial to a cleaner and healthier environment. He spoke highly of the company and it showed through his excitement in performing a tough job. We are thankful he was courteous and efficient and pleasant to talk to. Employees like Mr.David are hard to come by and harder to keep. We will use Zerorez again based on his top notch representation of your brand name.

The guy who cleaned did a great job, but I fell your company does a bait and switch you advertise in your price pet clean and carpet cleaner service but actually the pet service is 90 a room and we were warned your service may make it stink worse, unless you pay 270 dollars extra. Kinda crazy to think about will shop around next time.
