LaTarence was very thorough and efficient friendly professional when he was complete there was no heavy cleaning odor the stains in the carpet were removed or lightened extremely so that they’re not noticeable I will definitely use Zerorez again

I love the products used especially since my carpet is over 15 years old, and to be honest, I really didn't expect much success.
