Before starting to clean the rugs, he took time to inspect the areas that were to be cleaned and asked if I had any questions.

As each room was almost completed, he asked me to see the “before and after” and upon completion, he asked me if the cleaning was to my satisfaction.

Your cleaning technician was polite and was careful with the equipment as he brought it into my house; he wore shoe covers and a mask to keep himself safe.

Carpet cleaning

My technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He wore a mask, gloves and foot protection, so, I had no concerns about COVID-19 transmission.

Ivy was excellent when setting my appointment time & service. Roderick did an excellent job cleaning with a smile, even with his mask on I could see his personality shine.
