So the technician did an excellent job, fresheningng up by leaving a great fresh aroma plus, the carpet was bright with no lasting spots. I had several pieces of furniture that needed to be cleaned. Tyler arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He explained the process thoroughly and difference between what should be dry cleaned and what should be wet cleaned. The couch had bad stains on it and I was skeptical about whether your product would be able to remove them. The couch along with the rest of my furniture looks brand new! Thank you so much!

The employees are always nice and friendly. They explain everything before doing the job and afterwards. They always do a great job with cleaning our carpets and getting stains out. This was the 2nd time we have used them and we will continue to use them (as long as we have carpet).
