Yes, there are some stains that have joined our family forever (character marks) it’s the CLEAN of Zerorez that gets my award. No perfumes just a clean feeling and my carpets look awesome. This is the first time that I have had rugs cleaned. Unfortunately, I was not delighted. Granted, one reason could be that the rugs were several years old for this their first cleaning.

Employees are always courteous and helpful, explaining everything they are doing. We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and for dryer duct cleaning and had excellent service for both.

The overall experience was great. The lead tech. Richard was very aware in explaining what he was doing and why and answering questions. Zerorez was very careful in preparation so as not to damage anything like floors, doors, painted surfaces, etc. Overall very professional experience.
