Our technician was Brian. He was very courteous and attentive. Our house smelled wonderfully fresh when he was finished!

Great!

No chemicals. Very helpful staff

I love how my carpets look when the service is finished and the protective coat is great for my white carpet. The enhanced water that you leave me gets up all the spots until your next visit.

Zerorez delivered what they promised.

The technician exceeded my expectations! Montruellis' level of service is a definite 10!.

My carpet is 5 years old and after the cleaning it looks as though it was installed yesterday. I've used other services in the past, however, none compare with Zerorez!

The technician that came to clean my carpet was very efficent, polite, thorough and did a great job. As well, we had a rug sent out for cleaning, and those techicians that dropped it off were very nice, and helpful putting it back where it goes. All technicians were nice, professional, and I would give all of them a "10". Thank you Zerorez!

Timely visit and courteous behavior.

The technicians were very friendly and did an outstanding job. I will definitely highly recommend. :)

Service was performed in a timely manner. Michael was very professional. He was extremely courteous, thorough and worked efficiently. He also made sure we understood the cost estimate before he began.

Personality of my technician! He was awesome.

The gentleman that came to our house was on time, super sweet and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. He cleaned carpets in a hall, 2 rooms and stairs, scotch guarded them all and cleaned the grout between my tiles in the foyer. His hose busted and he was out in the pouring down rain, swapping it out and kept a smile on his face the whole time. If I had some cash on me, I would have tipped him. He’s an asset- please hold on to him!

Associate was friendly & professional and cleaning of our chairs was a pleasant fragrance. We will use again!

You arrived as scheduled. The carpets look great when you are done. Everything smells terrific. Roderick was professional, communicative, friendly and efficient. I have used Zeroeze for years and can’t imagine using any other service.

The young lady who cleaned our carpet was very knowledgable and professional. We have always been pleased with ZeroRes, but this particular representative was exceptional. She worked diligently on some nasty stains and our carpet looks great. She deserves special recognition and needs to be your lead trainer! Thanks!

Whoever came out to clean my carpet was hands down the best!

The technician John was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Convenience

Professional contractor.! Cleaning process was extended with solution to use upon a solo area, thank you

My tech was outstanding. Not only is my carpet like new, my entire outlook on life has been changed for the better. After doing my dishes and babysitting my children, he folded my laundry, washed my car, and repaired my roof. He fixed my computer and my marriage! What can't this guy do? Single handedly restored my faith in humanity. Maybe 2020 isn't so bad after all.

The tech was very professional and pleasant. Took his time, explained stuff and did an overall great job.
