MY SERVICE WAS GREAT, REP WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB. ALSO, ZEROREZ DIDNT LEAVE ANY WET SMELLS OR MOISTURE THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. IT DRIED QUICKLY AND ALL OF MY STAINS WERE GONE.

Very happy with our technician and his fantastic customer service. On the other hand, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service I received when I scheduled my appointment. I specifically asked for "tile" cleaning. I was not asked any questions about the tile, but simply told it would cost $1/square foot. When the technician arrived he had to take pictures and talk with his supervisor for almost an hour, ultimately determining that two of the most important rooms I wanted cleaned, could not be cleaned because of the kind of tile.

Why isn't the person who schedules the appointment equipped to answer questions like "what kind of tile?" Or, another option is to schedule the appointment and then have a tech call prior to the scheduled appointment to ask those questions.

Either way, I was very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of preparation on the part of the company to get me the services I sought.
