They are punctual. The technician was polite and told me exactly what was needed and the price before he did the work. The carpet looked amazing after the enzyme treatment which was put on prior to the carpet cleaning. He worked really hard. It was rental property and had not been cleaned in almost 2 years.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Zerorez a few days ago. Edly was the gentlemen who cleaned my patio furniture and also my gazebo carpeting that was over 30 years old. I couldn't believe that they would be able to get it so clean.
