Zerorez came out a second time with no questions asked to do a second sanitizing treatment. They did an excellent job the first time but there was a deep smell from when animals lived in the space previously. Now the smell is gone and I can enjoy the room!

I love the service that the technicians gave me. I had my carpets cleaned once before by Zerorez and loved my tech and the great job he did. That's why I called them back for this past Saturday. It was Deparr who came out this time and he was excellent! There is nothing he doesn't know about cleaning carpet! He is super friendly and has the best personality!!!! He was on time and called to give me a heads up to let me know when he would arrive. He was there exactly as he said. He came in, we walked my house, and he got to work. What a beautiful job! I will ask for him the next time I need carpet cleaning. Great company, great techs, great job!
