Chris did a great job of cleaning our carpets! With Zerorez there is NO residue. It's a clean you can actually feel when you walk barefooted on your carpets. We'll never use anyone else.

Once the technician arrives, give them plenty of freedom to inspect your home. Once they are done they will give you options that you can choose to accept or not. Options will cost you more money, but it's your choice. Choose wisely; that's all. I highly recommend these folks. Everything is up front.
