I would highly recommend Zerorez services. I used to do carpet cleaning myself at a major hospital, many years ago, so I'm familiar with the process and the complications. I've had Zerorez clean the carpets at my home on many occasions and they've always been on time, efficient, and very careful not to damage anything with their equipment. Ian has a fine personality and is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also takes care of business for the office building where I have my own office.

price was fair (when taking advantage of specials), the tech was on time, personable and respectful, explained the process, offered but didn't push me on additional services. He performed the job thoroughly, explained the drying process. Everything looks pretty good the next day.

This was the first time I used Zerorez and I'm sorry I waited so long. In the past I've used, well, let's not name names, but they wear white pants and red shirts.

Anyway, the carpet/rugs never felt clean. They felt sticky and crunchy and took forever to dry. We have a senior dog and sometimes she has an accident on a rug, so when we had them cleaned we always asked for deodorizer and antibacterial treatment, but they never smelled clean.

With Zerorez my rugs are so soft to walk on, everything smells fresh, without being any deodorized smell.

I'm thrilled with their service, the tech was a wonderful young guy, very helpful and really worked hard.
