The tech was honest about how the results would be because of the age and traffic areas in the carpet. I knew this, but he was not giving me any story about how great the outcome would be and I appreciated his truthfulness. The results were better than the last cleaning and your tech cleaned up very well before he left. I have used your company several times and have always been pleased.

The gentleman who serviced me was outstanding - I'm sorry that I cannot recall his name.. He was very efficient and also kind and helpful in handling my furniture as well as my cat!
The drying time was shorter than many competitors, and the few spots were diminished if not removed - which he had warned me might be the case.
I would gladly have him return as needed.
