Just when you think the service cannot get better, along comes Jose! He used the agitator to expose the deepest areas of the carpet and then applied the stain solution, in a few places, twice, from what I understood. He also recommended their powdered cleaner mix for in-between services. In addition, he was very good-natured despite the chaos outside my home, as many service trucks were parked around my home, and there were workers up and down the ladder, repairing my balcony. Kudos!
