Jay was on time (actually early), texted 15 minutes before his arrival to have the courtesy to say he was on his way, and carefully went over everything with me before starting to clean the carpets. Jay did his usual fantastic job, and had thoroughly cleaned the carpets in all three rooms in less than 30 minutes. Jay was very professional and polite, had me inspect his work before settling the bill, and left no mess when he cleaned up. We will continues to use Zerorez and recommend them to anyone who asks.
