I could see the steam and pressure exerted through the cleaning wand and how rapidly the carpet became noticeably cleaner. The technicians, Cody and Toby, explained all this to me. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and helpful.
Demetrius was the technician who came to our home. He was right on time, skilled and great representative for zerorez. We enjoyed speaking with him.
