Everything about this service was efficient beginning with scheduling. The men who performed the service called a half hour before they arrived, just as they said they would. Brandon explained the process and kept us informed each step of the way. He and Trent were respectful of our home and very polite. They cleaned all 7 rooms of carpeting. It was especially challenging because of pet stains. The carpet looks like new.
Ryan Dean in scheduling treats his clients with the best customer service available to anyone. He is very professional, kind and considerate. He always listens and if I have special requests he always tries to meet them.

The technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and still professional. My carpets are over 5 years old and they looked like new after the cleaning. He also cleaned my tile and grout. They also looked like new. The carpet dried much faster than I expected.
