Previous to my appt. date I received 2 emails and a phone call telling me my window was between 11:30 AM to 4PM. The technician showed up at my door at 9:30 AM. I was embarrassed as I was washing my hair and half dressed. He told me they don't do that anymore and I was down for anytime. It was nice to have it done early though and Justin was quite nice.
Another point, I've had this work done in the past by you and the carpets dried in a few hours. This time after 24 hours, they were slightly damp in spots. Everything looks OK now. If there's a problem I'll call.
The service person was excellent. There were old stains on the sofa that came out in the cleaning. One stain was hair dye. I wasn't expecting it to come out of the fabric.
Our technician was great. Friendly, informative, on time, etc. He also liked our dog :). Service was just what we needed.

I've used zerores on 3 different occasions now. The staff continues to be friendly and helpful-no matter who I engage with. Each time, they have stayed in communication and are prompt in arrival. The carpet is so fresh after they leave. My only wish is for a quick-dry top coat option. Haha
