My technician, Brandon, was extremely personable. He's been to my house twice now and he's awake. Did a great job. The house looks and smells incredible. He was in and out in no time at all too. Love my zerorez.

I really enjoyed the tech Eddie Aldama. He was on time, worked hard, and did a great job. What I did not like the misleading promotion. It offered three rooms for $169. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that the carpets had to be wall to wall. Then I was told that I had to pay extra for special water used. You need to be upfront in your promotion.

Step by step process was explained thoroughly by your technician. After the service was completed and my carpet dried you can see how well they did. My carpet was good as new.

Great website - easy to book on line. Good communication. Many service options.Have used for many years. Technicians are knowledgeable and offer quote before proceeding. Will explain options if interested (i.e. pet protections). They do a good job - carpet always looks really clean and smells so much better afterwards.
Our tech lately is George - who is courteous and not only does a good job cleaning the carpet, but even helped me carry in my groceries. Professional AND a sweetheart! Thank you Zerorez.

Fast and friendly Brandon did an excellent job

Communication was excellent. The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. Picking a day that worked best for our schedule was easy and hassle free. Would recommend their services.

Josh was very professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning my sofa and loveseat. I would recommended Zerorez and will use them next time I need rug or upholstery cleaning done.
