Easy and fast to book service

Our experience with Zerorez could not have been better. We were not very hopeful that the carpets in our rental house could be adequately cleaned. After six years of abuse the carpets were in horrible condition and we were prepared to hear they would need to be replaced. Our technician was very knowledgeable and informative he assured us that even the worst areas could be positively impacted. We decided to opt for the prescribing service. When he was finished the house looked almost new and even areas we were sure were ruined were 100% better! We would recommend Zerorez to anyone but especially if your carpets seem hopeless!

I like that I can count on my carpets not only being clean after a service, but also without residue left in the carpet. I also appreciate your patience as I continually had to postpone service as my house was being refinished after water damage - only took 3 1/2 months 'til we finally made it possible for carpets to be cleaned.
