We were not home when the tech came. He called to get the garage door code as instructed. He was very efficient and gave us a video call immediately after he finished the work. we were able to walk-through with him on the video call and review all of his work. The carpets were clean and fresh when we got home.

My carpets have never been cleaner! The soap residue and caused some respiratory issues when I had carpets cleaned in the past, but this was not an issue even with the pet treatment for my bedrooms. I was very happy with Omar who was courteous and professional.
