We had a sick dog that made a mess and I called the next day to see if they could fit a cleaning in. The lady I spoke to was very understanding and said she would contact the technician in the area to see if it was possible. She called about an hour later to say that the technician was able to get to me towards the end of his day.

Once he arrived he was very nice, respectful, and we discussed my options and then he got to work cleaning and deodorizing the affected area. After he was finished he asked if I was pleased with the result before cleaning up his equipment. The space that was the issues was back to normal…we’ll probably even better than before.

I was so thankful for the service they provided and that they were able to get a technician to us so quickly to remedy our problem. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone for any carpet cleaning need. Thank you.

Technicians were very nice, respectful of our home and very efficient. We had duct cleaning done by Tyler and Marcus and carpet cleaning done by Brandon and Tony. We were very satisfied.

I liked the guarantee of satisfaction. The 1st crew came out and didn't spend much time cleaning the carpets, but they were very helpful in applying protectant. The next day when the carpets were dried, I noticed that the carpets weren't clean. I called and a new employee arrived the next day. He was very kind and could see what I was referencing. He spent time getting the areas cleaned to my satisfaction, and I am very appreciative.
