Jacob was extremely professional and timely. He went into detail about the process and extras that are offered. He also took the time to listen to what I needed and wasn’t pushy trying to upsell anything but did explain that there is a possibility of the stains returning without doing the sub-carpet clean. I had to leave before he started, and my cats were locked in a room while he was there, he messaged when he was done that he had let them out and locked the door behind him when he was done with the service. My carpets looked phenomenal when I returned home, and all of the spots I was concerned about were gone.
The cleaning products are safe. Drying time is fast. Technician was great each time we have used Zerorez, which has been twice.

I feel they really did a thorough job. I like that they were able to apply an enzyme to alleviate cat odors. They didn’t just rush through even though the carpet is nearly new and we are seldom in that room. I like how they rake it afterwards. I’m very pleased.
