The work was thorough and timely, the process to schedule was easy and they were super accurate with the estimate. The employee who completed my service - Ryker - was super efficient and patient in his willingness to be creative about getting the job done despite the challenge of being in a 2nd story apartment building. I felt super comfortable with him in my home while I was there. This is my second time using this company and I will continue to be a customer in the future with the excellent experiences I have had!

We had a very positive experience with Xerorex for the Air Duct and Vent Cleaning. The Technicians were very knowledgeable and kept us advised of exactly what they were doing during the process. They also gave us some valuable information regarding the install of a UV Air Purifier to prevent any mold growth in the future without feeling so pressured to purchase this immediately. Good job Xerorex!

The technician arrived in the time window agreed upon. He was thorough, courteous and did a fine job. I especially like the fact that Zero Rez uses alkalinized water and is pet-friendly.

The main reason why I decided to use Zerorez is that they do not use any toxic chemicals. In addition, their customer service is top notch. The office staff is friendly and efficient and they are always able to schedule me in a few weeks. The cleaning staff is professional and thorough, always on time and able to complete the work in a timely manner. I would not hire any other company.

I would be embarrassed to tell you the age of the couches and how dirty they were. My hope was they would end up just a bit better after your technician came. I was wrong. They looked like they just came out of the showroom. I was astounded. I actually said to the tech when I first saw the couches after he was finished, "What did you do with my couches? Where are they?" Of course I was joking but my point was how pleased I was, and he laughed because he understood what I was saying. It really appeared he replaced them with new ones.

I cannot explain how happy I am with the work done. It was beyond my expectations.

I would absolutely recommend Zerorex to anyone who asked.

The technician was very professional and told us that there were spots that we could not get out. But he would try unfortunately he was right. The spots are still there but the rest of the floor looks wonderful
