I like your people and your services. I DO NOT like, however, that you charge quadruple for area rugs. Houses in Richmond, Virginia have a lot of wood floors and wall to wall carpeting is rare and area rugs are pretty much wall to wall but they are not attached with nails and glue. I use other services when i need my area rugs done. Totally ridiculous and a terrible business model. You are losing so much business.

Pierce was very professional and honest. When he came the first day he cleaned one chair, and he told me he preferred to wait and clean the rest to see how the material would look after it dried.
He came back and finished cleaning all 8 chairs with success.

Great communication and explanation of everything he was going to do, steps, cost and the duration he was going to be there.
Our serviceman, Morgan, answered my questions and explained to me the importance of using s certain product on carpet because we had pets.
Though a little disappointed in one room that was done, he explained that the carpet was pretty old and that the fibers in the carpet were just broken down over time.
The other rooms I was very pleased with how they looked and the whole house felt and smelled cleaner.

I have used your company for years. The technician Brian Isaiah was by far the best in cleaning our very old carpet. They look so much better and he is the best one ever. Im not sure what he used but it worked.
