Quick, friendly, efficient service. Our service tech actually got down on his knees to sniff the carpet and feel where our new puppy had made her mistakes! The treatment he recommended worked great. I had expected to have to pay for their most expensive service, but he assured me that it wasn’t bad enough to warrant that!

The technician, Chauvante?, was excellent. Worked very hard and got carpet clean, even a 25 year old stain out. Very personable and efficient.
Techs were on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain and go over services rendered as well as other services the company provides. Techs took care to properly cover shoes when going in and out of the home.
This was my first time having air ducts cleaned, will have it performed again, hopefully if Mario and Marcus are still with the company I would prefer and request them.

Fast but thorough
We were very impressed with the zerorez employee that came to our home. He was very knowledgable and surprised my husband and me by telling us we did not need our system cleaned. He showed us there was no dust accumulation in our system and explained why. Thank you Zerorez. We will most certainly refer you to our friends.
