Dillon did a wonderful job. He explained everything very carefully. He put down cloths to protect all of our furniture. He cleaned up everything before he left. So we have wonderfully clean vents. Then he cleaned the Dryer vents. Again, a wonderful job. The house is so much cleaner today.

Very professional and helpful.

Three years ago we had installed very expensive carpeting with a 25 year warranty. The salesperson at the carpet company said that if we wanted the warranty to remain valid, we had to have our carpets cleaned yearly. Zerorez was an approved carpet cleaning company with this flooring company, so I hired them last year to clean our carpets. I liked the idea that a soap is not used because, from experience with our former carpets, soap leaves residue, which then turns into dirty spots. One year later, our carpet still looks new. We do not wear shoes in the house...we know better, so our carpet was, in my opinion, not really dirty. However, in keeping with the warranty, I once again hired Zerorez to clean our carpet this year. We were lucky to have Fernando to do the job. He was polite and respectful in his explanation of what he was sure of in the right cleaning process of our carpet. I was hesitant to go with his recommendations at first, so he took the time to explain the reasoning of his plan. I gave him the go-ahead, and I was so glad that I did. The dirt collected during the cleaning was so much more than I thought was actually in our carpet. There were zero residue spots in our carpet from the first cleaning, so I thought the carpet was basically clean. Again, I was so wrong in my assumptions. I'm happy that I've chosen Zerorez to care for my expensive carpet. They deliver on their promises. They are now my go-to carpet cleaning company. And, I will not hesitate to request Fernando for next year's cleaning and subsequent cleanings. I'm confident that we will get (at the very least) 25 years use out of our beautiful carpet by continuing to use Zerorez on a yearly basis.
